Appointment Confirmations

Our office staff will call to confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you know of an upcoming appointment that you will be unable to keep, please give at least 24 hours notice so that we may use this appointment time for another patient that may be in need of our services.

Missed Appointments

Please be aware that "No Show" or "Cancelled" appointments (if not within 24 hours of appointment time) are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Please understand that we pride ourselves in scheduling our patients in a reasonable amount of time from when you initially contact our office. We have every intention of seeing you timely, however, emergencies and other delays can occur and we will try to inform you of delays in your scheduled appointment time. Please rest assured that you will be given Dr. Tutorino's undivided attention during your examination. We would very much appreciate your patience and understanding if these circumstances occur.

If you have an insurance that requires a referral, please contact your referring provider and ask that they generate the referral and fax it to us at 407-303-5127 or you can bring it with you to your appointment. If an authorization or referral is required and is not in place when you arrive for your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
